Hey Qu-taya. To be honest I never bothered to check out your music before (sorry) but it's really good! I love "Bunny, Forever". It's been on repeat for a while now.

~ Samuella

Sammy,

Thanks for the kind words, although one thing has always struck me as odd: People tend to give me the most praise for the songs I've worked on the least. I've received a lot of compliments for (what would jesus do?) which was written and recorded during a four hour period in the middle of the night. Now, you're writing me about (bunny, forever), which was the first song I ever wrote.

In fact, I wrote that song just after the incident it describes had taken place. I simply headed up a friend's staircase with a guitar and a notebook, and returned 15 minutes later with my first song. But hey...whatever works, right?

Salve, mi chiamo francesco cutaia e stavo facendo delle ricerche sul mio cognome. Lei mi può aiutare?

Grazie

Grazie,

Wow! This is a first for me. I've never received a non-English e-mail until now. Of course, this might be due to the fact that my website is entirely in English, and most people therefore assume that I only speak English. You decided to think outside of the box though, Grazie, and I like that about you.

Of course, all those people inside the box were actually right, because I do only speak English...

However...while I may not speak Italian, I certainly know it when I see it. I also know of some internet-based translation tools. So fear not Grazie...we can still make this work!

Now...when I run it through Yahoo's translator, your letter reads:

Blank, I call Francisco cutaia and I was making of the searches on my last name. It can help me?

Thanks

Interesting...I somehow thought that this idea would help me understand your letter...but now I'm more lost than ever. Alright let me try to respond here:

Il mio amico straniero, Grazie. Avete fatto le ricerche sul vostro ultimo nome, chiamata francesco Cutaia. Naturalmente può aiutarlo. Ora siete qui. Rejoice!

Siete benvenuti.

There. That should do it. Oh, and I've also used Yahoo to translate that back into English for everyone out there who doesn't speak Italian:

My foreign friend, Thanks. You have made the searches on your last name, call Francisco Cutaia. Naturally it can help. Hour you are here. Rejoice!

You are welcomes.

Isn't learning about new cultures fun and exciting?!?

Arrivederci,

Has anyone every told you that you look very much like Neo? I was watching the matrix last night and realised.

Mark

PS. I noticed in a webcam classic that americans have enormous milk carton things.

Mark,

Hmm...Actually I never have been told that I look like him. In fact, I don't really think it's true:

Of course, I've been told I look like quite a few people. I get alot of Nicholas Cage, and recently someone even compared me to Jim Carrey. I think the following, however, is proof that when people say you look like someone...it generally just means that you have a face:

However, I also decided to look into another celebrity I've been told I look like. This one was actually a little startling, because it turns out that this was the closest match I found...

Thanks a fucking lot for bringing this to my attention...

As for the milk carton:

Of course! This is America and that's just how we roll, baby. If we can make something much bigger than it really needs to be...we're gonna do it. That way, other countries can be jealous of our gigantic...milk cartons.

what application did you use to stream your webcam? I have a webcam I want to stream, the trick is getting it hosted I think.

Merre

Merre,

I'm always happy to help a girl in setting up a webcam. The program I use for mine is WebcamXP. It comes with the ability to stream as flash or java, and it includes the audio stream and the chatbox. Once you have a program like that, you just need a host. Since this program can run off of flash and java, you could just use a free host like Sitesled or even the host I use: Canaca.

Once that's all done, all that remains is for you to take off your clothes and send me a link. Now get to it!

Dude is this ur last name or some shit cuz it mine wondering if ur family or something

Danny Cutaia

Danny,

Yes. Cutaia is indeed my last name.

However, I don't think we should really pursue the question of if we're related or not. Frankly, I don't need any more family members because the ones I have now drive me crazy enough.

Plus, I already have relatives living in Oregon, Indiana, Georgia, and Florida. My residence in Denver leaves me at least 1,000 miles away from all of them, as referenced in this illustration:

If I were to find out that you were family, then I'd then have to factor you into this equation. Depending on where you live, I could be forced to move, and my lease isn't up until September. So, I think it's better if we just accept the fact that we have the same last name, but may or may not be related.

I hope you understand,

I recieved this e-mail today from an unknown source. There was a picture attached, but the body contained no text. Not that this picture needed an explanation...

The picture is of my old boss, Joe (Pranking Joe and Anatomy Of A Wedding). Apparently he's been using his upcoming divorce as an opportunity to finally do some real partying. This may actually be his first "let's-fuck-with-the-really-drunk-guy-and-then-take-a-picture" picture.

My favorite part? If you zoom in on Joe's right eye, you can see that the brow has been partially shaven off:

I'd like to offer a sincere thanks to whoever sent me this picture.

Hello cutaia-

I am a friend of your friend Lillie. Remember her? We sit here at work every day and watch your girlfriend sleep on the couch, then play on the computer, then sleep on the couch, them play on the computer. I was wondering, does she do anything else?

Anyway, your sight kicks ass. You should be one of those British short-film makers or something. That would...kick...ass...too.

-Theresa

Theresa,

Absolutely. My girlfriend does plenty of other things, including (but not limited to):

As for your other comments...

Technically, I think I already qualify as a short film maker. However, I don't believe there's anything I can do about my not being British. I'll look into it, though.

p.s. Tell Lillie I said, "Hi."

NYCSavage

Savie,

I'd like to offer my sincere condolences for what must have been a horrifying experience for you. I can only imagine the pain and sadness I have introduced into your previously happy life. Time and time again I find myself asking, "Why? Why?!? Why did I ever make that horrible movie?"

I am so sorry Savie. I wanted to make it up to you, so I convinced Autumn to let me give you this autographed picture of her:

I hope this makes up for you watching The Clock.

Again...I'm sorry,

Quite an accident me stumbling upon your site really. But I watched a few videos, the avril lavinge one was pretty damm cool. I also downloaded a song or two, the long road back one kicks ass. In fact, im listening to it right now, infact, it's going on my ipod! Yeah i know right?

Anyway just thought I'd leave my own little comment.

PS. I like your cat

[Mark McS]

Mark,

I appreciate the kind words. It's always nice to hear that someone likes one of my songs...although, you may be the first to actually put one on an iPod. I am currently getting very close to recording some new songs, so you'll have to let me know what you think of them when they're done.

Thanks,
(cutaia)

p.s. Here's an autographed picture of my cat for you:

anyway gotto go and watch the feed

NYCSavage

NYCSavage

God bless the Internet. Without it, random strangers couldn't get their kicks staring at my girlfriend.

Well, Savie my boy...I will indeed tell her to take the towel off. I just can't promise it'll be in front of the camera.

Thanks for the idea, though,
(cutaia)

Hey cutaia, its Dino.

on your email bit, on the part that says "For months I got those messages, but never once did I receive a phone call from him or even hear Brianna's family talk about him" in my long email, can you change the name to "Joanne's". Only just noticed the wrong bit.

Thanks.

Hey Dino,

I would go back and change that for you, but as covered in the previous e-mail, I am quite lazy busy. This will have to serve as an adequate correction notice.

However, I've gotta tell you...it bothers me that you've only just noticed the error. This tells me that you don't spend nearly enough time looking through this site. So, here's what I'm going to do for you:

A white van will be showing up in the morning to get you. The nice men in the van will take you to the newly opened "cutaia.net re-education camp." During your 8-week course at the camp, you will be taught the basics of:

Once you've completed your training, you will return home a happier and more productive person.

You can thank me later,

Well, for week 3, I thought I'd ask a question that everyone wants to know, but noone really asked.

(cutaia),
How in the name of Will Ferrel did UNTITLED FLASH PROJECT! pass judgement on Newgrounds?
---WoogieNoogie

Woogie,

First off, allow me to apologize for the lateness in this reply. I know I received this back in November of 2005, but damnit...I've just been so lazy busy, that it just slipped my mind...

Anyway...after all this waiting, I'm sure you're expecting an absolutely amazing response to your question, and here it is:

I don't know.

Sorry again,
(cutaia)
